Menu Monday 1st

From the BK at the Nole house..

Sunday: Beef Sirloin Tip Roast with yukon gold potatoes, carrots, green beans & onions

Monday: King Ranch Chicken casserole and shredded iceberg lettuce topped with vidalia onion dressing

Tuesday: Beef tenderloin with twice baked potatoes, squash & onions, broccoli Sister Shubert Yeast Rolls (S1 tried these at the Christmas feast at Sams and they are a hit everyone we take them)
Thursday: Chicken gyros

Friday: Salmon patties baked beans and coleslaw

Saturday: ham & cheese omelets, hashbrowns & toast

Wednesday: Bar-b-que Pork Sandwiches on garlic toast, french fries and coleslaw


At publix this week since I purchased a pound of deli meat (my guys are on Spring Break 09 and they like subs) I received a free 1/4 lb of fontina cheese; I'm thinking of trying that in the omelets...has anyone else tried fontina? Please feel free to leave suggestions or cautions. I've never used it in anything.

Hello out there.....

I've been lurking on blogs for about a year now and I've decided to take the plunge. I am certain I'll never be as clever, witty or interesting as the ones I read but we all have a place don't we? During my lurking time, i've discovered I lean more towards the home decorating..Southern Hospitality to name one i'm go to over and over and over again. I love the Menu Monday series at orgjunkie.com; completely hooked on it. I've even picked up a couple of recipes for my meat and potato guys.

I think i'll be brave enough to post to Menu Monday....here's hoping
